+++Newsflash. Chassis #639 is racing at Phillip Island 2012+++++
Expect good things from this fast, proven racer.
WHAT AN ERA. Thank you Mr Shelby and FOMOCO!!
Any genuine Shelby is a great thing, but a car race prepped and looking brilliant in the classic Blue & White is an epic thing. This ia a very early Cobra Automotive Race Chassis, #008 to be precise. Curt Vogt and his Conneticut based clan of Shelby freaks have been at the cutting edge of Shelby racing for decades now and 639 oozes that circuit racer charm which makes the Ecurie Investments world go around!!
2011 Phillip Island Historics as seen from Alex Websters Pristine 911 Porsche. This was the 1st race the car ever had in Australia and note the "P" plate too. The car is by all reports a very easy and enjoyable car to race fast.
The car is landed in Australia, racer duties paid and has comprehensively proven itself on the race track in 2011. The owner dearly loves the car, but has bigger things in his sights. #639 has a good spares package and Ecurie Investments will help with getting yourself involved in Historic Motorsport!!
Will listen to all offers and tales of how your uncle had one.
