The best organization is one that involved a, its employees a 100%. It’s vital that you and your team brainstorm and give thought to every element surrounding the possible expansion of your organization, and do all of this at a corporate innovation lab.  Once the brainstorming is done and dusted, you will feel slightly content with all the ideas you have collected.

These obstacles have to be faced no matter what, and if you have been in the business for a while you will manage just fine.
